Chapter 461 (The Sadler's)

"What's wrong, Mr. Sullen?" Zoilus asked in a low voice. 

"Oh, it's nothing. Let's go in and take a look." 

Jacob followed Zoilus further into the house. Instead of sensing any spiritual energy there, he kept feeling ghostly chills. 

Technically, if the Sadlers really had the decamillennium ginseng, Jacob would be able to sense the ginseng even if he was extremely far away. However, he did not. There were two possibilities for that. One was that the decamillennium ginseng was not located in the Sadler residence. The other would be that the Sadlers never had any decamillennium ginseng—they had been spreading fake news. 

Regardless of which possibility, Jacob was going to see the decamillennium ginseng with his own two eyes before doing anything. If he did not see the thing himself, he would not agree to the deal.
