At that moment, countless demon beasts had closed the gap and reached Jacob. With one swing of Dragon Slayer's Sword, Jacob created an explosion in the air with sword energy and demonic fire.

The explosion created a sea of demonic fire that consumed the demon beasts around him, but the ice bear continued to command the others and had them charge at Jacob.

Jacob kept backing away, successfully luring the demon beasts toward him. Waves of terrifying aura filled the area as the demon beasts all charged at Jacob.

Jacob slashed at the demon beasts while running, but the ice bear stood its ground near the ice soul fragment and refused to budge. The Three Bandits were unable to make their move at all. Jacob knew that he had to lure the ice bear toward him so they could steal the ice soul fragment.
