Weston
The fire at the department store had long been put out, but he had no clue where Felicity had gone. His heart began to sink when he realized something terrible must have happened. He knew Felicity was the type to go against protocol if it meant saving someone else and here, right in front of his very eyes, were the two children that were trapped but no Felicity in sight.
He called her cell and asked around. The last anyone had seen of her was when she climbed through the window to find the children.
She never came out.
But once the fire had been drenched and the smoke was rolling off the cooling wood, they did a thorough search inside for her, but no remains were found. In fact, nothing saying Felicity had ever been in the building was found.
Instantly Weston's thoughts drifted to Perry. Somehow, he knew this was the result of Perry's doing. Nothing else made sense.
And though he knew something was wrong, he still felt her, alive.
