Chapter 18: Angry call, Yuri's father

The three of them returned home, Ivan called Ivana and then they started making dinner for the three of them. 

After dinner, Yuri accompanied Yuan in the living room, while Ivan cut some fruit for the two of them and made a large plate full of fruit platter.

"Come eat some fruits first before you continue." Ivan gently said with a smile dotingly looking at them.

"Dad Yuan Yuan wants to eat his strawberry heart." Yuan happily said pointing at the strawberry on the plate.

Yuri looked at his son with a smile and gently said: "Okay you can eat it now."

Ivan looked at his own son with a smile and passed a fork to Yuri: "Yuri you should eat some fruits too so that you can recover your energy after working hard all day. I'm sure you're tired."

Yuri calmly glanced at Ivan, tired? He also knows that he has been tirelessly working all these years? But where was he when he was always tired? Where was him when he and his son were asked for debts by the people who came from the loan shark? But now he could see that he was tired, what a joke! He wishes he could say these words but now that they're just a total stranger, he doesn't have the right to complain anymore about it.

Seeing that Yuri had no expression on his face, Ivan had no choice but to pick up a fork and put an apple to his mouth. 

Yuan didn't know what the two of them were thinking but he just thought that his so happy now especially his Dad and daddy was accompanying him together.

Eating two strawberries, Yuan squeezed between the two of them, looked at his daddy and then at his dad, revealing a happy smile showing his two cute deep dimples.

Ivan seeing his son's cute and happy appearance, he rubbed his soft hair.

"Why so happy? Can you share it too Daddy." Yuri asked while looking at his son.

"It is because Yuan Yuan was accompanied by Dad and daddy now." As Yuan spoke he kept smiling looking at his parents then he rubbed his head to Yuri's chest like a cat when he was with it's owner.

Ivan looks at the interaction between Yuri and their son with a smile, if possible who wouldn't want to have such a stable and happy life? He just wished, he died early and got transmigrated here before the original owner hurt his son and his ex-wife.

At this moment, Yuri's terminal brain rang. When he saw the contact information displayed on his terminal brain, he frowned then he answered the call and walked to his apartment small balcony.

As soon as he walked away Ivan asked system 005: '005 Let me hear the conversation between the person who called Yuri.'

[Okay, this request needs a payment of ten thousand credits now your account will be deducted.] System 005 said while he put a transparent headset in Ivan's ear.

Ivan heard the person talking on the call while Yuan sadly looked at his daddy.

Seeing his Daddy go to the balcony to answer a call he already guessed who it is, Yuan sadly said: "I guess it's grandpa again. Whenever grandpa calls daddy, daddy will always be sad and secretly cry. Dad I don't like bad grandpa to make daddy sad again."

"Son don't think about those kinds of people, you only need to think about happily growing up the rest is left to Dad and daddy to handle, son can you play by yourself for a while? Dad will go and help your daddy." Ivan gently said.

"Okay dad then you have to comfort daddy and don't make him sadder but if daddy cries remember to hug or kiss him on the lips, I'm sure he will be happy about it." Yuan reminded his dad like an adult.

Ivan nodded and responded to his son and thinking that if he hugged Yuri, Yuri will definitely hate him more and his hard won good view points will immediately become -200% which might kill him.

He quickly walked over to the balcony and saw Yuri teary eyes.

When Ivan reached the balcony, he heard Yuri's voice: "My younger brother is always the reason that you are willing to call me! Do you even have me in your heart as your son?!" Then he angrily said: "I am his brother and also your own son! I am not his cash machine that when he has no money he can just come to me to get money again and again! You already know that he always asks for my money and used it to gamble!"

Ivan moved closer and stood behind Yuri. Yuri was so focused on the call that he didn't pay attention that Ivan was already in his side. He heard Yuri's father's voice on the call even if he didn't use the transparent headset.

"Of course he will ask for you because it was your right to help your younger brother. You son of bich are so unfilial? Did I raise you for nothing?! Your younger brother was only asking for 100,000 credits but you are being selfish?!" Then father Santos angrily said on the call: "Do you know that if you don't give money to your brother today, those loan sharks will kill your younger brother! What crime did I do to raise such an unfilial son like you! Son do you know that you are hurting my feelings right now seeing you acting like this....."

Although he knew that he would face the anger of his daddy again, after all he was always like that ever since his dad was still alive and now he couldn't help but feel numb about it like what his dad always does to his daddy. His Dad always told him that: 'Son no matter what your daddy says, don't ever put it to heart.'

But he didn't listen and was still waiting for his daddy's to also care and love him like he did to his younger brother.

So to make that he became a responsible child and always pays his father living expenses every month even when he was still studying while his younger brother doesn't need to do anything, he only knows to ask their daddy for money and lazily live a lavish life but his daddy still favors his younger brother because he is an alpha while he is an omega that was treated by his own daddy to give them money by marrying him off to a wealthy family. 

He tried to always make his daddy understand why he doesn't want to give his brother money again but it always failed to get his daddy's understanding instead he will always become the bad guy.

The conversation continued but Yuri didn't say any single word again but his daddy kept saying harsh words.

Ivan hearing it was even more angrier and he couldn't stop himself, he held Yuri's left wrist which startled Yuri and got out of balance. 

Ivan held Yuri's waist who was about to fall and coldly said to the call: "Aren't you crazy?! Your son isn't young anymore and he should be the one to support himself instead of his elder brother! And it's okay to give him money but not from time to time especially when he only knows to eat, drink and gamble all day long! Is it even right to always ask his older brother for money to pay his debt?!" Then he coldly added: "My wife can give you money to support you but it is not written in our law that he as the older brother of Arnold has an obligation to support his younger brother who was now already in his twenties for the rest of his life!"

"Ivan is it you?! How dare you beat my son?! Yuri you really are so shameless?! You are already divorced and you still can't live without that scumbag man cock to satisfy your greedy hole even though he was the one who abused and gave you a green hat!" Daddy Santos angrily said.

'So you know that he abused and cheated on me before but you always said that I should bear with it because that is what an omega should do to let their alpha bend their anger and now you're saying those words as if you care about me as your son!' Yuri said to himself.

"Keep your dirty mouth shut up! You already know who I am and how powerful my relatives are! If you dare to ask your son to come for my wife's money again, I'll just kill him and for a father like you, it's better not to have one!" Ivan angrily said then directly hung off the call.

Yuri heard it all, Ivan looked a little distressed seeing Yuri's teary eyes, he hugged Yuri and comfortingly said: "Don't be afraid, I'll beat him up when he comes again, your younger brother is a bottomless pit, don't give him any more money, you can open an ATM card for the money you give to your father, you can put some money in it every month and he will receive that money so it is up to him to use it, otherwise all the money you give him will only be given to your brother to spend again."

Yuri's lips were tightly pursed, his felt crying but he still held back his tears not to pour down.

Ivan gently looked at Yuri while seriously talking then let go of him: "If possible can I temporarily move here? Don't worry, I really don't mean anything malicious." Then he added to convince Yuri: "You can always put a pheromone blocker air freshener and I won't release my pheromones at all. I'm just afraid that your younger brother will come over like that night again and disturb you and our son."

Ivan smiled and gently said: "Okay, then I'll go back tomorrow and pack up my things to move them here, don't be angry, if your father or Arnold calls in the future, you can just call me and I will always handle them so that you will not get sad again."

"Yeah." Yuri said and walked out of the balcony and went towards the bathroom.

Ivan saw that the transparent numbers above Yuri's head has changed from -90 percent to -60 percent, it seems that what he has done these days has not been in vain although his ex-wife is still indifferent to him but fortunately the percentage of good points of view in his head has indeed risen, plus his son's good view point towards him was now positive 50 percent.

Ivan just smiled hearing it and said to himself: 'Of course you would, even him would definitely work hard as long as he has millions of salary with a bonus.'

As soon as Yuri entered the bathroom, he locked the door first. He leaned against the door and his tears finally fell down. He is also a human being so how could he not be sad when he heard his own dad say those harsh words to him? 

There was even a moment when he wanted to hug back Ivan whom he hated the most and loudly cried but he held back who knows whether Ivan's sudden improvement is real or he is just pretending? He won't be open to anyone anymore, he still has his son Yuan to take care of so he has to cheer up or else his son would worry again.

Yuri held back his tears but the tears were uncontrollably flowing like a flood that burst from a dam water. He waited for a while before going to the faucet and turning off the water.

The cold water dripped on Yuri's hands, he stretched out his hand to grab a handful of clear water and splashed it on his face to wash away his tears. When his eyes were not so red because of crying, Yuri finally went out.

Seeing his daddy coming out, Yuan immediately rushed over and hugged his thigh: "Daddy, don't be unhappy because me and Dad will make you happy."

Yuri smiled when he heard his son's loving words and he said while he hugged his son: "Daddy is not sad anymore when he sees and hears Yuan Yuan's caring voice." 

Yuan smiled and rubbed his head against his dad's neck, not forgetting to bring his dad along: "Daddy, Dad is also very good, you should praise Dad too like how you praise me."

Yuri looked at Ivan in embarrassment and helplessly looked at his son's expectant expression, Yuri sighed and said: "Okay your Dad is also very good like you."

Yuan didn't know the troubles about the two adults at all, he proudly looked at his dad and showed a big smile then said: "Dad look daddy praised you!" That meant to say: 'Dad, am I good or not?! I let my daddy praise you too!'

Ivan glanced at Yuri and he could only smile at Yuri's who had an expressionless face. 

Seeing that Yuri didn't want to talk to him, he could only turn his head and smile at his son.

"You're awesome son." Ivan praised Yuan again, making Yuan happier.

Seeing Yuan's cute and cute look, Yuri couldn't hold back anymore and let out a laugh which made Ivan stunned and also laughed.
