Beholding Red eyes...

Cawk!

A bird soared over the landscape of the Vermis county. This town was bustling, up and active with it's daily routine of trading. Shadows and silhouettes decorated the cobbled floor of this county as mild rays of sunlight fell on every striding individual within it's reach.

Patches of clouds obstructed the sun's full glory, hence, it's rays were like disarrayed bullets mildly coming in contact with the earth.

Cawk!

This bird soared over a few more buildings. A few of those releasing smoke into the air... Tainting it's purity. It's eyes blinked severally as it kept on with it search for something to eat.

Cawk!

It dived downwards just as it had spotted one. And in no time, it was on the nethers of the Vermis county, hungrily devouring on heralds of maggots that infested a spoilt fruit.

"Shush!" An elven woman waved at it, sending it back into the air. But this time, it had something to eat...

Cawk!

Within this scenario...

A dazzling beauty strode along the cobbled roads of  this town. Strands of silky blonde hair bounced at every step he took. His hair glistening as always.

Onlookers who had gotten used to frequently seeing him were, however, still astonished at his sight. He seemed to be looking more alluring as days went by. His beauty standard was one that kept increasing daily.

Those who had made a few conversations with him were shocked to their bone marrow when he opened up to being a man. How was he so beautiful that even girls were envious of him? He had unintentionally stolen all the male folks to his side.

Overall, this youth's oceanic, blue eyes was clearly something that couldn't be overlooked. It was icy. It's oceanic reflection like a window to one's soul, luring them to him... It was enchanting.

Nevertheless, No one, not even one of them knew the story behind those pair blue eyes they adored.

Eradan lazily carried the box of shoes in his reach, his eyes boringly looking around. He had only sold few of the shoes in the box. He wanted to be quick with this sale, so he could retire and work more on his ability since he was awful at using it. The only thing he could do was Chrystal orb making and for a bonus... Snowballs.

This youth tentatively kept on with his movement, this time, counting his footsteps while they clicked on the hard floor. He was entranced in his counting that he didn't notice an individual approach him.

A slight tap on his shoulder was able to sieve him out from his trance.

"Perhaps, how much do I pay for your boots?"

Resonated a meek voice...

Eradan glanced by his side, and met the features of an adorable but handsome individual. Ginger curly hairs, Deep brown eyes, Bits of freckles, Nice lips and a pointy nose. He was really remarkable despite his Average, nerdy frame that made Eradan ponder... Why wasn't he given that kind of frame? At least it was manageable.

"... 70 gold coins." The youth answered, displaying the boots for the other to see.

The ginger-haired youth did Justice scrutinizing them but was puzzled on which to choose. Today was his fifth and last day in this county. Both him and his master were to return back to their kingdom after their treatment of a patient, so, he wanted to buy anything this county could offer before they departed.

At that junction, he was confused on which to buy as those boots were all beautiful and exceptional.

Hmm... Eradan casted a look at the individual then back to the shoes. The youth could tell that the other was confused on what to  choose so he picked up a brown polished one with stilts at both side and gave it to him. "This'll suit you."

"You think?" The other looked up, astounded, before he took the boot.

"Definitely!" Eradan beamed.

The Ginger haired youth cheerful paid for the boot and left, feeling a bit confident. That was the first time he had ever talked to someone else in his entire life. Right from birth, his master had been the only individual he exchanged word with. He made his way through the street and back to his master's place.

"Where have yeh been?" Came in just as he opened the door of the tavern they dwelled in. Henry took few strides into the room then locked the door.

"Needed a few things master." He answered, his gaze on an old man with long silver hair who enjoyed the warmth of the tea he drank.

"Take a seat."

The youth went to a corner and did as told...

Alan took another sip of the fresh boax tea he held."How are yeh preparing for the Napelagon that's few months closer?"

"I'm trying my best master, I won't let you down." The youth enthusiastically answered.

" It's not about me, Henry. It is about yeh. It's almost time for yeh to meet people and the world, rather than only speaking to me. So once we are back, yeh're now free to go to anywhere yeh feel like." This old man brought the tea to his lips, taking another sip then exhaling.

" Is something wrong... Master?" Henry tilted his head.

" Don't be to fond of such question, haha," Alan cracked a smile and his face wrinkles became visible. " yeh'll need to converse with people yeh age no longer old fellas like me... Reason with yeh peers"

"But I prefer talking to you master...?" Henry stated but Alan convinced.

"And that is what I want to stop, as it will be hard for yeh if I depart suddenly."

" But—" Henry wanted to voice out but was interrupted by his master.

"No but, Henry. Yeh should go around once we are back. Besides, here is a little discovery for yeh. Found it in a corner within this room." Alan said bringing out a chrystallized object from his hem... An Ice.

"...?" A confused Henry. An ice so?

"It's not just an ordinary ice Henry. " Alan spoke up after reading his desciples mind. Henry didn't bother since he was already used to it.

"Here say, what is it?" It was Henry this time. He watched his master delicately grip the object before handling it to him. Chills ran through his skin as he held the crystallized ice of clear transparencies.

"This ice yeh hold is a pure one. It contains pure Divinity, which is hard to attain. From the view of things, I only have one option in mind... And that option shouts... Disaster."

Henry paused and casted a fixed look at his master, it was visible that he was utterly shocked and afraid of his master's last word.

" What does it mean?... Which option is that?" This disciple curiously asked.

A gentle current came by through the window, swaying Alan's long silver hair with it. Strands of silver hairs covered this old man's face which he parted aside. "The Chosen one has arrived and this town behelds her... Or him...."

YAWWWN!

Eradan paused on his step and turned around.... Was someone calling him?

Casting a glance at his environment, he continued with his step. Ridiculous! Who'll obviously call him... Maybe Cazzen?

He turned around but not a sight of Cazzen was seen... He kept on.

Seconds turned into minutes and minutes into hours but since that last sale Eradan did, he hadn't sold anything else and he was really getting mad. This youth walked clumsily along the road of this town. Why wasn't anyone buying his boots again?

Oh! An idea knocked into his head. He wasn't smiling like he did usually, that's why.

Having convinced himself, this funny individual parted his lips in a stiff, bright smile, revealing his full set of teeth's, hopefully, to get the attention of people. His lips were stretched far and wide as he walked.

'My smile must be brighter than usual', he thought within himself.

Eradan maintained this composure and walked a mile but it was clearly visible that he was wasting his time... No one approached him for a shoe.

Frustrated and tired, he dropped the box and bent over to catch his breath. Obviously, this body was good for nothing; except it's ice power.

Eradan stood up and decided to find a better place to stay, with his box of shoes. Eradan took an amount of steps to a corner and decided to rest there. He dropped the box and sat on it, hopefully, to fully regain his strength. The youth decided to play with his ability while he rested.

"Wolf... Fox... Man... Baby..." Eradan boredly said as he used his ice ability to make little icy object. The youth kept on with his creativity until he had gotten enough strength.

"...?"

Eradan tilted his head, glancing at the weird antics he had made. It was rather a sub conscious one than the other. What was he thinking of that led to it?

Well... The youth shrugged off the thought and pocketed the antics; he had better things to do.

With stern will and determination, Eradan got up, and returned back into the streets... He was going to sell all.

From shops to shops, he wandered, revealing a charming smile and his goods and as luck had it, he was able to sell most of his items that it remained only one; which he just decided to go back with.

Having sold a large chunk of his items, Eradan made his way back to his residence. The youth counted the golds he had earned as he went back.

Eradan's mind was unaware of his environment as they were focused on the gold he counted.

Not until he bumped into someone... A hard chest to be precised. His made antics suddenly fell of without his knowledge.

However, oceanic blue eyes of this youth raised... Beholding red ones...
