Ann tried to go to her office

Eric got out from the office and signalled Andy to also leave too

Ann went to her office and saw a note and a chocolate, she decided to read the note

Ann: I am a doctor who is very familiar to u, I'm everyone's crush too in this Clinic

Ann smiled thinking it was from Marcus, Perpetual saw Desmond in the Canteen and sat by him
