Alex is born in a continent where power is respected. His mother dies during his birth. His father then marries another wife with whom he gets two sons. Alex fails to awaken his powers thus his mother treats him badly while his father turns a blind eye to his son's predicament.

Alex is fed up with the treatment he receives thus he decides to leave his home and try to find how fate has planned for him. After leaving home, he awakens after receiving a skill book named the system awakening skill book.

Let's join Alex in his adventure in a journey full of thorns where he rises from grass to grace.

The Golden Star

"Time to test rank 3 monsters..." After saying that, Alex immediately rushed into the forest. While running, he immediately talked to the system, 'Show me my current location and zoom it in so that I can see a radius of three kilometers with me as the center.' 


As soon as he gave the instructions, the map zoomed in and he could see that he was in a forest. He was currently in an area that had many trees clusters and thus there was no undergrowth and the light was also dim. He was simply running while avoiding the villages as he didn't want trouble with rank 1 monsters. They would simply waste his time, well, that was if they could catch up to him.
