Alex is born in a continent where power is respected. His mother dies during his birth. His father then marries another wife with whom he gets two sons. Alex fails to awaken his powers thus his mother treats him badly while his father turns a blind eye to his son's predicament.

Alex is fed up with the treatment he receives thus he decides to leave his home and try to find how fate has planned for him. After leaving home, he awakens after receiving a skill book named the system awakening skill book.

The crackling sound of lightning began echoing in the inner world. At the same time, the rumble of thunder was also roaring in the air. The lightning flashes began increasing in size and soon, the glow enveloping the cocoon stopped increasing after making sure that it was illuminating the whole inner world. 


With the sounds of a cracking mirror, cracks appeared on the four meters talk cocoon. Soon after that, it exploded with a bang. The wave that was released from the breaking of the cocoon was so great that Alex knew that if he was closer, he would have been killed instantly. Soon, the bright light began fading away revealing the new figure of Videl who was currently in rank 7. 


Rank 7, also known as the superior mortal realm, the last minor realm in the mortal stage. After reaching the peak of this minor realm, one would be able to break through to a higher realm. This was just the beginning.
