Alex is born in a continent where power is respected. His mother dies during his birth. His father then marries another wife with whom he gets two sons. Alex fails to awaken his powers thus his mother treats him badly while his father turns a blind eye to his son's predicament.

Alex is fed up with the treatment he receives thus he decides to leave his home and try to find how fate has planned for him. After leaving home, he awakens after receiving a skill book named the system awakening skill book.

Let's join Alex in his adventure in a journey full of thorns where he rises from grass to grace.

Alex thought fur a moment. With his current wood element, he could be said to have considered most of the areas that he would need to if he wanted to have the maximum power output in a fight. 


Lightning element for the maximum attack power and speed. The space element for long distance movements and surprise attacks. The metal element for defense. The wood element for his vitality. 


Currently, due to the lack of further progress in his cultivation, he and the other four had resorted to progressing in the other paths. Currently, all the professions under him had already reached the lord level. 


Additionally, added to the formations master and swordsmanship, he had learnt two more professions, the alchemy and refinement professions. 


The reason for studying these two professions was simple. It would help him to get more gold coins that he would later use them to buy cores that could be exchanged for crystals.
