Ethan came back few minutes after Eros left. I noticed his mood looked sour after he returned from the call. I wanted to ask what the matter was but refrained myself. I guess he will tell me what is going on with him once he is ready. I checked the time and it was 5pm so I reminded him he had a trip to make. 


"I think you should start heading back" I reminded him 


"You know it's an hour journey from here" I added. 


"Of course...just wanted to inform you now before leaving. He was about to leave but I held him back a little. 


"Wait..." I paused a little while before I continued 


"Hope you are good?" I asked him and he just nodded. A thought came to my mind at that moment. Lately he hasn't talked about Maddison nor have I seen them together but what would I know, I have been in a world of my own for more than two weeks now dealing with my own things. 


I wanted to still probe further and ask him about Maddison but I sensed now isn't a good time so I let him be.
