Sixteen

"Thank you, ladies and gentlemen; this meeting is a success according to my books. Please speak to my assistant if anyone wants to join us for drinks downtown later tonight. If you don't have any more questions, we can call it a day." Xavier Knights called out with a lazy smirk on his face, and I took note of the way everyone shook hands with him.

He did this effortlessly and that's why his father didn't think twice before handing him the whole company, much to the dismay of his half-siblings. This man here is a natural in every way including women. His list of women is as long as the list of successful deals since he became the CEO.

"Laurel, you can as well join us for drinks too tonight. Everyone needs the unwinding, especially after this hectic week we just had" he extended the invitation to me and I tried to reel in my shock.
