Chapter 4: Scolded by lovely Mother

With this thought I reached mother's courtyard. Steward shaman spot me outside waiting to enter. he came rushing towards me and lead me to my mother's inner main hall.

As I enter hall, the moment my mother saw me, i can see she is staring at me angrily, I can feel her rage, as I got near her, she look at me with narrow eyes and started scolded me with harsh tone,

she said. " where have you been all day? How many time did I tell you not to go outside without guards protection? Do you think you are big man now that you are living seperately? You never listen to me? Do you even know how much I was worried about you for whole day."

As she continue to scold me I was just there standing listening to her voice patienly. I can see worry and tension in her eyes, I was looking at her as I suddenly remember my own mother in 21st century she also used to scold me after mistake.

As I was busy with my thought, my mother suddenly stop, completely change her stance,with worried look in her eyes, come to my side, touch my forehead, said, " Vikram, are you alright my child? Why are you so shunned? Do you feel cold or fever?" she got worried seeing me dazz in one place.

I recovered from my dazz, look at her with smile and said, " I am sorry mother, It won't happen again. i will be careful next time"

My mother got stunned, she look at me with her shiny eyes, placed her small smooth hand on my both chicks and said, " you slippery tongue, you know how to act before your mother. Come here we will have dinner together."

She took my hand, we went towards dinner table, In baron household, it is compulsory for all family member to be present at morning breakfast table, then everyone has there own servant for making there lunch and dinner.

There was no special dishes served, just normal chicken soup and rice ,bread and some noodles, as it is ancient time, it was very difficult to get spices. Salt is also luxury for common folks, only Noble household can have some spices, though my father is also Noble but with his wealth he can afford to spend on money on spices.

'In near future, once I started generating wealth, I will buy lot of spices for my personal consumption as well as for my lovely mother.' I thought

We both had sumptuous dinner. I was very happy that she did not suspect anything wrong. also feel bless to have lovely mother in this life also,for now I think my lazy acting paid off .

After dinner I quickly made excuse of being tired, with permission I hurriedly went back to my courtyard to retire for the day.

As I enter my bedroom I can see big bed with simple mattress and pillow. One small size cupboard place in right end corner. One study table with wooden chair, table was covered in yellow clothes and yellow papers.

I lie down on bed, started to think about event took place today. I was normal university student with normal grades, suddenly die and come back to this ancient period, what is the reason behind this? I never imagine becoming son of baron. Is there something that God wants me to do? What should be my of coming here? what should be my future plans? How should I improve my life as well as life of people around me? It is not safe to live like this. Thinking about all this unrealistic things, I fell asleep.

While sleeping I was drown into strange dream in which I return to my apartment where I can see my laptop and video game as if everything upto this point was just dream and i came back to 21 st century. Feeling excited about end of nightmare of this ancient world transmigration I went toward chair and sat down in exhaustion. some time went by, just I was about to open my laptop, suddenly bright light hit my vision, with that everything in my apartment starts to disintegrate into small particle and started fusing with my body rapidly.

It lasted for some time, perplexed I woke up with jolt, shock written all over my face, I check everything around me, I was in same bedroom as I was yesterday except it is early morning morning of next day .

Nothing has changed, I really got transmigrated. but what was this strange dream about? that dream was to much realistic.

'Jona, listen you really got transmigrated to this shit hole Ancient world, you have to forget your past and start living your life in present.' I spoke to myself repeatedly.

I got up and freshen up with Shila's help. It was around 8 am. I was already late for compulsory family breakfast. In haste I head towards main dinning hall..

Main dinning hall was located in main hall of baron big mansion. After 10 minutes of walking I reach there with any hassle.

As I was about to enter the hall someone come rushing from behind and pound on me, It scared the hell out of me, I turned and look at the thin and beautiful figure standing there giggling with hands on her mouth. She is the devil in past Vikram's life. she is Vikram's and now my new dear twin sister KHUSHI. She is same age as me, 15, fair, with beautiful face and long hair, her figure is also perfect but still she is in her puberty. She will be beauty in her prime age.

I look at her with smile on face, " ok ok you win, I got scared, having fun doing this all the time.. how are you? Why are you so late?" she always like to scare me. Old Vikram also love be close with her sister.

After sometime she stop giggling and responded," I heard you went to forest yesterday and get lost there that why I stop here to meet you first thing in the morning. You don't even know how to take care of yourself .. haha.." She had big smile on her face.

''Come on I was only there to have fun, who would have thought that I have to face that cheap tiger all of sudden, lets go inside or we will get scolded." I said. After that I turned and headed towards hall, she follow me with etiquette which should be follow by young ladies in this period.
