The Chef at work.

~Whistling~

Lenny whistled a song from his former world. It was a nursery rhyme he enjoyed so much.

It was still sleep time. But he was awake and working hard.

His eyes were focused intently on the work he was doing. Almost as if he did not want to make errors.

Then again, for such a task, could errors be made?

At the moment, he had a very smooth stone slab before him.

It had not been easy to find, and he had to smooth it to its current state by himself.

He tied a piece of cloth around his waist like an apron.

He waved his hand, and a piercer appeared from the storage unit.

All the while, his whistling did not stop.

He waved his hand again, and a chunk of meat appeared in his hand.

This meat looked like a heart. Even though it had been in the storage space for a while, it was still as fresh as the moment it was plugged out of the centipede chimera ant's body.
