The Astean Menagerie: The Dysfunction Begins

A very tired kobold re-enters the adventuring scene after a long time avoiding it like the plague. He arrives to a new city, hoping to become a better adventurer, and learn the fate of those he’s lost, only to be slapped into a role he is entirely unsuited for. His missions are suicidal and his teammates, even more so. The only things keeping him sane, are his daughter and his journal. Will he finally snap and give up, or find the determination to make this band of rejects, criminals, and maniacs into a team worth writing a legend about.
