In the vast universe, warfare and strife is a given. For humanity, it is no different.
In the year 3000, humanity finally unlocked the secrets to galactic travel, only to be met with a harsh dose of reality. They were not the first. In fact, they were far from it. Taken under the wing of the much larger Galactic Federation, they became cannon fodder; expendable soldiers whose only purpose was to feed into the casualties of a seemingly endless war. And it seemed it would remain that way forever.
Until a young man, a hundred years after humanity's first foray into the galaxy, was added into a strange chat group.
