After a hectic but fulfilling day from work, I decided to come home to rest


I used the elevator, it's faster and easier, I walk down the stairs when I need to clear some burden off my mind


Today feels good, Helsi kept to our agreement and like I told her to, she made me the manager which was two steps close to my plans for her


After reaching the fourth floor, I walked down the street to get some yoghurt, I needed it… some milk will do in adding some needed strength


"Argh!" My leg feels numb, I need to start my regular exercise


It ended when my mum left, she was always at my face reminding me not to miss going to the gym every morning


It stopped… lowered my back and took in some air, then I stood still to continue moving


"It's not too far" I kept saying to myself looking towards the yoghurt I craved, the thought of getting some driver to ease these unnecessary stress crossed my mind several time
