Remember What You Said

Su Ying was wearing night-vision goggles, so she wasn't affected by the light. After exiting the cave, the stream turned into a small waterfall. Thankfully, it wasn't very high, and the two of them fell into the plunge pool below.

Su Ying held her breath and dragged Zhou Qing to the shore. After confirming that Zhou Qing was fine, she collapsed on one side in a sitting position to catch her breath.

"Are you alright, Your Imperial Highness?" Zhou Qing had been floating on the surface of the water while Su Ying led her the entire time. She hadn't expended much energy, and she recovered after a short while.

Su Ying wiped the water off her face and nodded her head. "I'm fine."

After taking a moment to catch her breath, Su Ying stood up and observed her surroundings. This mountain forest didn't seem to lack water, but she didn't know how far this place was from the foot of those mountains in Luo City.
