Mommy choose me over daddy

Riya Ganguly lived like an invisible person. She thought there was no meaning to get to know a lot of people. After all, they are all just fake & selfish.

If anyone would tell her that she’ll risk her peaceful cocoon life for someone she met just once, she would have laughed like crazy. She doesn’t want to take a step forward to anyone if they didn’t do the same first, let alone risk her life.

But it all changed because of him. ‘Is it the angle of the sun or my eyes are playing with me? Why did he look like glowing? Why is it like only he matters & nobody else? Even not me myself? Why?’

The sun in her life seems like a dark hole to others. But does it matter to her? No never.

A cold face whose eyes are full of ruthlessness narrowed seeing a little thin girl across the road. Her eyes are too intense to ignore. It’s not the first time he gets this kind of stare but it seems to bother him somehow.

“Daaady, daaady… come here fast.”

“Why are you so noisy all of a sudden?”

“I found my lost big sister,” he said with a little fear pouting his adorable lips.

“Impossible,” he said with a dark face gritting his teeth.

“How come? She looks just like me. Look… there she is,” he pointed his finger to a slender figure across the road.

He keeps silent. ‘Is it necessary for her to be always across the road? Can’t she be on the same side,’ he thought to himself. Nobody can guess his thoughts but he is a little surprised by this sudden anticipation of a ‘next time’.
