27 - Inside the Cathedral

Gerlith walked into the cathedral, it was a large building as inside there were many white pillars and people sat on the floor praying to the altar.

The cathedral itself can host at least a hundred thousand people fairly easily as it was filled with the priests, pastors, nuns etc who were part of the Church as no believers were allowed unless they were an important member who was there to meet the higher ups of the church.

The cathedral also hosted the Priestess and other important figures of the church as it was their home.

Also used as a meeting place by the higher ups to talk about business, war etc as the church was well guarded ensuring no one will know what will happen because the matters talked inside are very important especially for the church who believes they are not yet strong to challenge the power of the Emperor.
