Chapter 175 Mystery In Stone Valley Part 5

It was already late at night when Yul and U-ri returned to the stone houses prepared for them. As they approached the three houses, there was still a faint light on inside of one of the stone houses.

U-ri said, "I bet Hajime is still awake."

Yul said, "I asked him to keep the candle burning, so I would know which houses he was in."

U-ri smiled and said, "So, that's it, huh?"

Yul said, "Hajime was vomiting earlier and he told me he had a stomachache. I thought I should stay with him."

U-ri said, "You don't need to explain this to me. There is nothing wrong with sharing a room with Hajime. It's not like you haven't done this before... but I think the relationship between you and him is advanced."

Yul said, "The progress is slow, but it does not change the fact that I married him. I just want to be nice to him. After all, there is no guarantee that we can return to Tanzang alive and well."

U-ri looked at Yul, smiled and said, "Hajime is not the only one who has grown, you have grown too." He stared at the house in front of him. "If he doesn't feel well, let him rest. He's been feeling ill since we landed this afternoon." He shook his head. "He didn't drink much or eat much along the way."

Yul said, "He said he had heat stroke."

U-ri said, "Um... that could be. Besides, lack of food and water can also make you sick."

Yul and U-ri sat outside of the three stone houses, having a late-night dinner around a small campfire. U-ri looked at Yul and smiled. "You know, everyone was shocked, me included, when you came forward and offered to marry Hajime." He chuckled. "But who knew that squirming old woman was actually a young handsome man. Everyone in the hall feels sorry for you."

Yul said, "I didn't have time to feel sorry for myself at the time. The only thing on my mind was to save Tangzang."

U-ri said, "Before we came, I saw the imperial edict written by His Highness."

Yul said, "Do you know the content?"

U-ri nodded. "Yes, I wrote it for His Highness" U-ri said, scooping up a spoonful of soup and drinking it.

Yul asked, "May I ask, what is written in the royal decree?"

U-ri said, "His Highness has written an imperial edict to your father. After you return to Tanzang, in order to thank you, all maidens between the ages of sixteen and twenty-one will be summon to the palace. You can choose whoever you want. You can have as many wives as you want."

Yul chuckled. "Really, His Highness, is very thoughtful," Yul said.

U-ri said, "When His Highness issued this edict, His Highness felt deeply guilty for your father. At his age, he has not yet had a grandson. You do know the importance of Bayarmaa's bloodline."

Yul sighed and said, "I know."

U-ri said, "When we go home... I should say, if we go home, His Highness and your parents, want you to take a wife. Not just a wife, but more. This is something that you need to talk to Hajime before returning to Tanzang." He paused for a bit. "Hajime... what he values most are feelings."

Yul said, "I've talked to him about it."

U-ri was surprised to hear Yul's answer. "You have?" U-ri asked.

Yul said, "Yes. I told him I would abide by the old family rules. If we were both alive, I would not marry anyone else."

U-ri said, "You are not the Great Grand General of Tanzang, and His Highness is not the Tenth King." He sighed. "You and His Highness cannot do what they can do." U-ri study Yul's expression for a while. "So, if that day does come, how would you handle the situation?"

Yul said, "I will keep my promise." Yul placed the empty bowl in his hand on the ground beside the campfire. "You say it yourself. What Hajime values the most are feelings. He has done so much for me and helped me save Tanzang, so why should I break my promise to him." He paused for a while. "I understand your worries, but I am not the only son, so... you don't have to worry too much."

U-ri said, "I may be thinking too much."

Yul said, "Hajime will be happy if he knows that you are worried about him. I understand that you are also worried about Hajime's wellbeing. I just want you to know that no matter how difficult it is in the future, I will use my life to protect Hajime."

U-ri smiled and said, "Hearing your reassurance, I can relax now." He got up. "I need to sleep." He looked down at Yul. "You should go to sleep too."

Yul watched as U-ri walk to the small stone house opposite the stone house where Hajime was currently sleeping. Yul sighed, stood up and entered the stone house. He slowly opened the door and closed it slowly behind him.

Although there was only one lit candle in the stone house, the light of the full moon filtered through the dormer window and allowed Yul to see the interior of the stone house. Inside the small house, there is a small seating area about four feet wide, eight feet long, and eight feet high. There is nothing else in the stone house except the flat stone bed one foot above the ground. He removed his sword from his back and leaned the sword against the wall. Yul could see Hajime sleeping with his back against the wall. He wanted to lie down next to Hajime, but saw that Hajime was already asleep, so instead of crawling onto bed with Hajime, he lay down on the floor.

After hearing the sound of Yul sleeping on the ground, Hajime moved his body towards the edge of the stone bed. He looked down at Yul and asked, "Aren't you going to sleep in bed tonight?"

Yul opened his eyes and found Hajime looking down at him, so instead of answering Hajime's question, he propped himself up with his hands and kissed Hajime on the lips. Yul continued to kiss Hajime as he slowly crawled onto the bed, and by the time he climbed onto the bed, Yul had taken off his robe and started to untie his belt. After Yul untied his belt, he reached out his hand and began to take off Hajime's clothes.

"Yul..." Hajime whispered. "Yul...stop...too many people...someone might hear us."

Yul pulled away Hajime's pants, and then quickly untied the rope holding Hajime's robe. He lowered his head and slowly kissed Hajime's abdomen, then continued to move upward toward Hajime's chest, and slowly spread Hajime's legs with his left hand and right knee.

When Yul's lips touched Hajime's neck, Hajime knew it was too late to stop him. Although he was worried that others would hear them, the fire burning in him was so hot that even if others heard it, he wouldn't care.

Yul moved his kiss upward towards Hajime's mouth. After he had kissed Hajime's mouth enough, he whispered, "I will be gentle."

With Yul's assurance, Hajime put his hands around Yul's neck and started kissing you.

Inside the tent, Abrafo and Michio sat at a round table with five guards, while Bi slept on the floor next to the cot. At this time, Yun showed no sign of waking up.

Michio looked first at the two sleeping women, then back at the men sitting at the table. "You five, if you need some sleep, go ahead. We won't turn you in."

One of the guards said, "Don't worry about us. When our shift is over two more guards will come and release us."

Abrafo said, "It's not that you don't know how the palace guards work."

Michio said "I just don't think there's a need for the five of us to sit here doing nothing."

The other guard said, "I need to go pee."

"Go... don't hold it in, or your bladder will explode," Abrafo said with a smile to the guard who suddenly stood up and rushed out of the tent. He turned to look at Michio. "How long are we going to be here?"

Michio said, "Wait until we confirm whether Lady Yun has been cured or not." Michio looked at Abrafo. "I wonder where our next destination will be."

Abrafo said, "I think we need a break before we can continue. We should at least take a break and enjoy it. Who knows if the next mission will be our last."

Michio said, "Good idea. I think we should go to some place with good food."

Abrafo said, "I agree with that."

Michio asked, "So, do you like Shi? I heard that you want Shi to leave with us."

Abrafo smiled and said, "I like him. I think Shi is a smart man." He smiled jokingly, full of desire. "I like his thin waist." He found that he had attracted the attention of his tablemates. "When I think of myself holding his slender waist from behind...Tsk... tsk... tsk... after meeting him, I started to think about finding a male mistress like my brother...fuck..." He quickly jumped up and move away from the table as a jar of wine smashed onto the table. The ceramic jar shattered into pieces, and the wine splashed all over the men sitting at the table.

Abrafo and others quickly stood up, turned to the door, and faced the person who threw the wine jar at them. To their horror, Bong stared at them holding his spear.

"Your Highness." The guards knelt down quickly.

"Get out of my way," Bong said angrily, sounding drunk. Bong raised his spear and pointed it at Abrafo, who stood a few feet away from him. "Don't ever think of using it again, because tonight..." He staggered toward Abrafo; the spear still points at Abrafo. "I'm going to cut it off."

Abrafo stood there and looked at Bong. He actually didn't want to deal with Bong, especially the drunk Bong. Just when he was about to ask Bong to leave, a bright red distress signal rose in the dark sky.

"One of us is in trouble," Michio said, looking at Abrafo.
