“What do you mean?” Christopher clasped her arm. “Stop talking nonsense and eat the medicine,” he hissed, placing a tablet in her palm.

Under his fiery gaze, Abigail cowered.

"Do you find it difficult to meet my demand for a baby? It has been two years, Christopher." 

He didn’t answer her question. All he did was stare at her, acting mute.

“Why do I feel like you don’t care about my feelings?” Abigail asked. “Don’t you love me?”

His silence was the clear answer.

The Billionaire's Sick Wife

Abigail came to the ice cream shop where Elsa had invited her. As she pushed open the door, she was immediately struck by the vibrant atmosphere. The bell above the entrance jingled cheerfully, the sweet scent of freshly made waffles and scoops of colorful ice cream wafting through the air.

Her gaze was drawn to a vibrant figure waving frantically in her direction. It was Elsa, who was grinning from ear to ear. Returning the wave with a warm smile, Abigail made her way over to Elsa's table. The moment she reached her friend, Elsa sprang to her feet and enveloped her in a tight, excited hug.

"Oh, my God! I'm so happy to see you!" Elsa exclaimed.

"I am happy too," Abigail murmured. She returned the hug, feeling a sense of comfort and familiarity wash over her. Elsa was clearly overjoyed to see her, and the warmth of her embrace was contagious.
