"Do you find it difficult to meet my demand for a baby? It has been two years, Christopher." 

He didn’t answer her question. All he did was stare at her, acting mute.

“Why do I feel like you don’t care about my feelings?” Abigail asked. “Don’t you love me?”

His silence was the clear answer.

The Billionaire's Sick Wife

The unexpected ringing of the phone jarred Abigail from her tight focus on the footage of the spy camera. She nearly dropped the phone, startled, her heart racing as she fumbled to answer the call. When she saw Mr. Miller's number on the caller ID, she quickly brought the phone to her ear.

Abigail wanted to thank Mr. Miller for suggesting that a spy camera be installed in Christopher's cabin. She couldn't help but think about how important that counsel had been. She would not have discovered such an important clue if it hadn't been for him.

Before she could say anything, she heard him say, "Madam, I have gotten a breakthrough regarding Miss Nancy Stone." The ever-calm Mr. Miller sounded anxious, which made Abigail curious. She was on the edge of her seat, anxious to learn the latest developments regarding Nancy.

"We don't have to plot anything against her," he continued. "Her sins are enough to kick her out of the scene."
