“What do you mean?” Christopher clasped her arm. “Stop talking nonsense and eat the medicine,” he hissed, placing a tablet in her palm.

Under his fiery gaze, Abigail cowered.

"Do you find it difficult to meet my demand for a baby? It has been two years, Christopher." 

He didn’t answer her question. All he did was stare at her, acting mute.

“Why do I feel like you don’t care about my feelings?” Abigail asked. “Don’t you love me?”

His silence was the clear answer.

The Billionaire's Sick Wife

Paul's eyes widened in surprise as he watched his boss emerge from the car. He thought he would outsmart Jasper and trap him. But he was the one who was walking right through Jasper's master plan. It was clear that Jasper had teamed up with him.

Paul realized it too late. His surprise quickly turned to fiery rage. He saw Jasper's attention momentarily distracted. Without wasting a second, he drew his gun.

"Jasper, I know you're taking revenge on me for that bitch! I'll kill you!" Paul yelled, his voice echoing through the night air. He pulled the trigger.

Jasper reacted swiftly, dodging the bullet by a hair's breadth. However, the bullet still grazed his right shoulder as it missed his head, leaving a trail of blood behind. The sound of the gunshot reverberated through the atmosphere, causing everyone to freeze in their places.
