Oscar carried me into the house and there we met Nathan, who just arrived.
He looked at us with a raised eyebrow.
"Was there something I missed?" He asked.
"I defeated Oscar's best man, that's what!" I smirked and he nodded in understanding. "What's that you got on your hand?" I asked.
He was holding a transparent file case with a bunch of files stored in it.
"This, is a signed testament from the police concerning your innocence." I tapped Oscar and he let me down.
"So am I clear?" I asked but he shook his head.
"This only states that you did not kidnap the boys or instigate them whatsoever. The public still needs proof to show that you never once instigated the children under your care!"
"Thick numbskulls!" I exclaimed and shook my head. "Anyway, I don't care! They can think whatever they want to think." I said and headed up the stairs.
