I woke up to a message on my phone.

Morning, beautiful. I had fun last night. But you’re there, and I’m here. We should fix that.

A smile curled on my lips. Oh, Matthew. What will I do with you? I got ready to send a message back when I heard pounding coming from downstairs.

I arose from my bed, heading to the kitchen. I opened the door to see Matthew standing there with two coffees. I smiled as I opened the door, and he came into the kitchen.

/"I thought you could use some coffee from home./"

I took the cup from Matthew and sipped the coffee. /"I need to get a coffee pot to save some money./"

/"You could have coffee with me./" Matthew drank his coffee.

/"I prefer dessert before breakfast./"

Matthew set his cup down and moved towards me. He took my cup out of my hands and pulled me close to him, then kissed me.
