19-year-old Jake Miller isn't your typical everyday guy, he doesn't drink, smoke, party nor does he like girls. In fact, he's an antisocial butterfly whose wings were clipped at childhood.

As their friendship solidifies, Liam realises his been keeping a secret from Jake, one that stems from a wild night's drunken mistake and could potentially change everything.

THE LOCAL ART gallery was having an exhibition and Jake was excited to have his work showcased in front of everyone. Though a huge part of him was disappointed because he couldn’t share this experience with his best friends who he had left back home. He blamed his parents for being the reason he had to up and leave his whole life, but this was not the time for him to be sad, he could do that in his own time.

When he'd first gotten the call from his professor telling him that a friend of his who happened to own a gallery had seen his work, and was very impressed with it, he was enthralled. But then his professor told him that she wanted him to showcase his work in her gallery, Jake just couldn't believe his luck.

For a long time, Jake had only shared his work on his social media and was partly content with the following he had garnered for himself.
