Rebecca went straight to her doctor's office when she was dropped off at the door of the hospital. /"I have an appointment with Dr. Smith,/" she told the receptionist.

/"Rebecca,/" she heard Sandy say from beside her. She turned and gave the doctor a smile. /"Come with me./" Rebecca followed her through a door and down the hallway to an exam room. When she sat on the bed, Sandy took a seat on a rolling stool. /"So, what’s going on? You don’t need to be here until next month,/" she gave Rebecca a worried look.

Rebecca took a deep breath, /"I think I’m gaining too much weight,/" she told her. /"I mean I know everyone gains at different rates but I just have a feeling,/" she shrugged. Sandy nodded her head.

/"Okay,/" she opened a file in her hand, /"your HcG levels were a little higher than they normally are at your last appointment. How bad is your morning sickness?/"
