Chapter24

#Chapter24

Decision

We made our way downstairs to the lobby. Every now and then Bryan nudged me with his gun to make sure I knew he was in charge.

Honestly, it was starting to get annoying.

We finally made it to the lobby. I clearly remembered it from the first day we'd been dragged into this place. The chandelier hung over head, still in the same beat up condition. Glass, paper and cigarette butts littered the ground.

I felt my self-starting to get nervous once again. Fear seemed to be slowly seeping into my veins, it seemed flow through my entire body until it finally came to settle in my chest. My breathing quickened and I began to panic as I saw Dominic standing in the middle of the lobby right under the chandelier.

What did he want from me?

Oh God, was he going to torture me again?

I silently prayed that the shabby chandelier overhead would somehow fall down and crush the cruel man standing beneath it.
