Drying him wasn't a problem. The problem came after he was dressed and he had his blanket and wanted to snuggle up to watch Archer.

He had forgotten his Freddy. The realization was truly heartbreaking for him. He tried sobbing and screaming, as though that would bring him back, and when that failed, he tried begging and pleading, trying to get me to go and fetch him. I nearly did.

/"How about we phone Oz instead,/" I reasoned. /"We can let him know that Freddy is there and then he can look after him for you, like a sleepover./"

/"I wan my Fre—Freddy now./" Tears built and fell in his eyes and he wrapped his arms around himself miserably as he curled up into a ball on the floor. As soon as I had said that I wasn't going to fetch his Freddy tonight, he had pulled away from my touch.
