/"Isaac./" He reached towards me. I shoved him again. He opened his mouth to speak but I didn't give him the chance. I turned and ran, hightailing it down the street, ignoring the way he shouted after me. I couldn't even see where I was going. Not that it fucking mattered. I was in an unfamiliar town I had no fucking clue where I was going.

I ran until my chest burned and I was well and truly lost. I ran until my head spun and I had to stop, bracing myself against a wall as I puked. The wind lapped at my face. Screamed in my ears. My legs felt like jelly. As I stumbled over to the wall of the nearest building, letting my shoulders fall against it, my chest heaved. Fought for every breath. Trying to rationalize what had happened, I squeezed my eyes shut.

The stupid bitch of a therapy woman had said that identifying my behaviour and when I was at fault was going to be something we would work on. I found myself trying to do it myself.
