He fed himself messily. After asking for red sauce, he preceded to plaster his face with it as he managed to miss his mouth. In any other circumstances, I would have been convinced that he was doing it on purpose but I knew he was trying to keep his eyes on the dino on the lampshade.

It made me wonder if there was anywhere that sold wall art. Lucien used to have glow in the dark stars for his room when he was younger, and I swore he still did to this day. I added it to my mental checklist to check on online for some dino shaped ones.

I cleaned him up when I was done. I wiped his hands and face with a washcloth and then sat him back at the table with a strawberry yoghurt. He ignored the spoon, sticking his tongue right into the pot.

/"Do you want to help me wash up these plates to earn your first dino of the day?/" I asked him.
