Forced Beginnings

I woke up still sleeping on top of Keira, wolfie was enjoying our position, we're on top of the world according to him. I too was happy about being this close to Keira, I could hear her heartbeat, strong and steady, my eyes closed again going back to sleep when I heard her voice, not out loud as expected. I heard her voice inside my head, she's using our bond! We now have a bond that we can use to communicate, which made me happy, scared, excited, I didn't know how I was feeling to be exact right now.

/"Good morning little one,/" she said through our bond making me jump, she just smiled at that.

/"Morning,/" I say in a whisper out loud, not knowing how to use our bond yet, it's weird to talk to her right in the head.
