Some people have a good life, some people have a great childhood, well some people have a roof on top of their head. But not me, I lived in my car, worked in the local library, I was no one, add to that being a little doesn’t really help my case. It was all going to hell, until I met them, I’ve met her first, then her husband and they wanted me, homeless, bookworm and all.

Bookworm Little

It was fair, Ella started it, she was watching the stupid pony show the whole morning, I knew I had to stay quiet for mommy but she's not sharing.

/"Ella it's my turn,/" I tell her with a pout.

/"Nu, me watching/" was her reply.

/"You've been watching the whole morning, my turn,/" I say mad at her, she just shakes her head no, I moved to cross the living room and took the remote from her hand, she tried fighting but I was stronger than her and took the remote from her.

Ella started crying mumbling the word give it back, I didn't give it back, it was my turn to watch TV, she had it the whole morning. I saw Ella run toward mama's office, she's gonna get yelled at for disturbing her, her fault and not mine.
