I couldn't ignore the tingles that ignited as he gripped my wrist and held them above my head. I felt the bark of the tree stab into my back as he had me pressed against it. I bit my lip, not from excitement but from fear. He raised his lips up to my ear and growled. 

"There is nothing between you and I. You don't deserve to become the Luna of my pack, you are weak." He hissed into my ear. 

I watched as he walked out of the forest. I heard my heart shattering to pieces.

There was a loud roar from behind us as Derek came storming up to us in a fit of rage, eyes as black as the ocean during the night.

/"She doesn't want you she wants me!/" Nicholas argued.
