BEING her in my arms again, feeling her warm body against me, smelling her scents, listening to our heartbeats was still a dream to me—it felt like I was floating above the clouds. The feeling of satisfaction—the completeness was overwhelming, and I could definitely live this kind of life forever.

There was no such thing as perfect, but this was the meaning of perfect for me—to be with Arella. Where ever Dad was right now, I knew he would be proud of me because I chose to follow my heart.

I was in razor-edge with the urge of kissing Arella inside the auditorium. I bloody and terribly missed her, and it was insane of how I managed to remain compos mentis away from her for two bloody weeks. Maybe because if I came back and I didn’t have to worry about what I left behind?
