#Chapter164
/"Thank you, officer,/" Sam says to the police officer.
/"It’s my job, ma’am./"
/"Have a good day, sir, ma’am, Sandra./"
I nod. Sandy smiles and waves at him.
/"Let’s go up and pack your things, Sandy./" I gesture at her.
She doesn’t move and just stares at me, making me groan.
/"Let’s go up,/" Sam tells her and wraps her arm around Sandy’s waist.
Abby will surely love her. Samantha already treats her like a sister. I can see the closeness between them.
I check the shoe box already placed on her coffee table. It looks like really a real bomb, only it didn’t explode. Who will do such things like this to scare the hell out of her?
/"Sandy, did you receive anything odd before?/" I walk to her bedroom door and knock. Sam opens the door for me while Sandy is holding her duffel bag in her hand.
