#Chapter8
Killing Spree
/"Throwing Persephone in the ocean to feed the sharks, really?/" Deimos asks in a low voice, his eyes as wide as saucers. He was looking at me with concern, both his hands on either side of my arms.
/"That wouldn't be happening if Kratos would take his daughter back, so don't overreact,/" I huffed.
/"You know Kratos doesn't want anything to do with the baby,/" he reasoned out, as if that would suddenly want me taking back whatever I said earlier during breakfast, /"He wouldn't take her./"
I rolled my eyes, making myself clear that nothing would ever change my mind, /"That sounds a lot like Kratos' problem, not mine./"
/"What, is Kratos' choice some kind of permission for you to finally kill Persephone?/"
/"Oh, I didn't need anyone's permission, really,/" I said, shrugging my shoulders as if feeding a pup to the sharks is my normal habit. I mean, I've seen enough death in my life to not fear anything at all.
