#Chapter21
Hole in the Wall
Going home alone, my body aches more than it did earlier. I guess with Kratos hugging me, our bond helps me feel better. Now that he isn't with me, I guess I'll have to endure the pain.
Without knocking, I opened the door to our house and went straight to the kitchen. There I saw Phoebe sitting on a stool in the counter table who had her nose up in the air as if sniffing a scent. Werewolves have unique scents in our body, so we easily know who's who by sniffing them. She already know it's me without even saying a word.
However, she stood, turned at my direction and bowed her head in submission, /"Kratos,/" she said.
I tilted my head in question, /"What?/" I asked with a frown, /"Kratos isn't here./"
