CATHERINE

She was walking with hurried step as she removes her gloves and throw it at one of the maids, she was walking into the direction of the room where Lena is, when she arrive their, she quickly pushed the bronze door open

/"Where is she?!/" As soon as she steps into the room, the smell cinnamons waft to her nose, she looks at everyone around the room, and there was about six doctors all standing up and looking at her. Lena was sitting beside a figure laying on the bed. She looks up at her and slowly stood up.

/"Leave us./" She commanded, the doctors bowed to them before they left and closed the door. She looks back at Lena who placed a wet towel on a bowl filled with warm water. Lena then beckoned her to walk closer to her but Catherine couldn't move her feet.

/"I have heard the news as soon as i arrive here./" She said looking at Lena who nods her head.

/"They said that you have found Sky's body.... And....and./" Catherine can't finish her sentence, she was too shock and her emotion was a mix of Relief and fear, She was relieved that... Her mate that she thought was gone is back, and she felt fear...what if, it wasn't Sky?

/"That she's alive./" Lena finished her sentence looking back at the girl who lay in the bed.

/"Is it true Lena? Is this not a trick of someone trying to mess with us?/" Lena scoff and raised her eyebrow.

/"And who would dare and try to do that Cath? Tell me./" Catherine looks away, she bit her lower lip, her fingers were shaking and obvious sign that she is nervous.

/"Perhaps.... It's Lysandra or...my mother/" Lena chuckle and shakes her head, she stare at Catherine.

/"Lysandra is in MY torture chamber, i have rob her of her ability to use magic. I have imprisoned your mother in the mountain and made her fall asleep for all eternity. No one would dare and do this to us./" Catherine didn't speak. She heard

Lena sighed.

/"Why don't you come here and take look at her, then tell me if this is a trick./" Catherine stared at Lena, she looks at her hand. She took a deep breath and then steps forward, as she neared the bed her heart beats rapidly. It's been a while since it last beats like this and it feels good, Lena stood up and grab her by the hand before pulling her closer, she gasp when she saw Sky laying on the bed asleep. A sudden rush of memory filled her head, the last time she saw Sky like these was when she was lying on her coffin. She quickly sat down next to Sky and she touches her face to see if it was really her mate.

/"Tell me that this isn't a dream. That what i'm seeing is real./" She told Lena looking into her eyes.

/"This is not a dream Catherine, this is not an illusion, this is reality./" Lena held her hand and gave it a squeeze.

/"How...how did this happen?/" She looks down at Sky again.

/"I don't know and i don't care. As long as she is here, nothing else matter./" Catherine slowly pulled her hand away from Lena. She touches Sky's skin again and notice that she is warmer than normal, before she could ask Lena, she have already spoke.

/"She has a fever, but it's nothing serious. The doctors have already given her medicines. Relax./" She nods her head. After that she touches Sky's hair and hummed, her hair is still the same smooth hair she knows, her skin is still soft, her hands traveled down to her pulse and she touches it, she savor the feeling of it, beating and pumping blood, then her hand traveled further down to her shoulder, she pulled down the blanket that was covering Sky's chest. She smiled when she saw her round breast and remembered how it perfectly fit into her hands, not too small and not too big, even her nipples are still pink. But then she saw a visible scar between Sky's breast. And she suddenly remembers the golden dagger that pierce the skin and flesh there, ending the life of Sky.

Even just remembering it brings a painful sensation into her heart, she remembers how she badly wants to rip her heart out of her chest. Because she thought that she wouldn't be given another chance to show her lover to Sky.

/"I promise, this time no one is going to hurt you./" She whispered kissing the scar between Sky's chest and then she kissed her lips. She pulled back the blanket to cover her chest, and then she turn to look at Lena.

/"Where did you even find her?/"

/"We found her at the house of a lord in the village of Mertily, he told me that his second son brought her there. And they decided to sell her, instead of turning her over to the authority./"

/"And where are they?/" Lena smirk, she pick up a glass filled with wine on the bedside table.

/"The second son's head was left at the front of the houses hanging, then i impale his body at the entrance of the village. A reminder to everyone, that if they broke my law. Death will be at their door knocking./" The two of them looked at Sky when she started to groan and moan, perspiration formed into her forehead as she turn her head left and right and it looks like she's having a nightmare. When she touched her shoulder , Sky suddenly shot up screaming.

/"It hurts! It hurts!!!/" She screamed while in pain, she was touching her chest where the scar is.

/"Hey, hey relax. Relax./" Catherine said holding her shoulders, Sky looks up at her, with tears in her eyes.

/"It hurts, it hurts, please make it go away./" She sobs, Catherine hugged her and then she sooths her.

/"I got you now. I got you./" She whispered letting Sky cry. After a while Sky stops crying and she puts her back to bed whipping the sweat on her forehead and then kissing her on her lips again.

/"My little pet. I swear, no one is going to hurt you ever again./"
