Her petite fragile form was curled up within the cage that kept her prisoner from the outside world, she was frozen on stage, awaiting her inevitable doomed fate as the auctioneer began his speech.

“And for our last auction today, we have a rare human girl. As you can see, her eyes are wild, they’re different, unique. She is a virgin, still pure and untouched. She will make a perfect blood slave.” 
The words ‘blood slave’ they confused her, her eyes perked up into a shock as she looked over to the crowd of thirsty blood sucking creatures that were waiting to sink their teeth into her delicate skin. 
She had no idea.

THIRST 

The dress hugged every inch of my body as I walked stepped out of the elevator, my heels guiding me across the floor to the VIP section with Julien and Cien walking on either side of me.

The VIP section was jam packed with a bunch of luxury looking people and it made me wonder, were they even human? Seeing as Julien had invited them for his so called ‘birthday’, would he have invited humans or blood demons? Maybe both and as they saw us walk in, they all jumped up screaming ‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY’ before the crowd erupted into laughter and chatter.

An hour passed and I was annoyed.

I had come here to have fun but Cien had me grounded at all times, never allowing me to leave his side as we sat on one of the couches. The pitiful glance Julien gave me so often made me even more frustrated, why wasn’t he doing anything to let Cien let me have some fun?
