What is this place?

Dumbledore looked around with complicated eyes, it had been a long, long time since he had needed to use himself so much.

Since the last battle against Gellert Grindelwald, he has not been forced to use his strength.

At the time, his former friend and lover, Grindelwald, had the Elder Wand, and was one of the greatest wizards of the time, many stills placed him above Voldemort.

But now ?

Dumbledore looked at Adam, who was on the floor. I still couldn't believe there was so much power coming from a child.

''Dumbledore, what shall we do? '' asked Snape, who was looking at Adam with opportunistic eyes.

It was McGonagall who answered, taking the lead.

''What else? Take Adam to Poppy, as well as the rest of the students, anyone who's been hurt.'' She said, her voice shaky but resolute.

Dumbledore nodded. '' Minerva is right, Severus. Taking care of the children is the priority.''

''Of course you do,'' Snape said.

Regardless of what he said, his eyes roamed over Adam, and he thought this was a good time to try and look into the young wizard's mind, which held so much power and seemed to hold many secrets.

'Let's see, what you hide.'

Snape, believed that because Adam was unconscious, there would be no resistance.

Of course, he couldn't be more wrong.

The moment his mind broke into Adam's mind.

Thunder reverberated in the heavens.

The rumbling sound, it sounded so loud that it seemed to scream for everyone.

Try and die!!

The sound of thunder seemed to reverberate inside Snape's mind.

The potions master regained his mind the instant he sensed danger.

But it wasn't fast enough, and he felt his mind shake.

Snape took his hands to his head, and almost knelt down, his face was now red, and it looked like his head was going to explode.

'Danger' he extended it.

The other students shuddered hearing the Thunder, but sighed when they saw that nothing had happened, and that the dark clouds were dispelling themselves, bringing light back to Hogwarts.

Harry, Ron, Hermione and Isabella. Their faces were pale, and there was dread in their eyes.

They were no different from the others and suffered all the pressure behind this event.

"I said there's something wrong with him," said Ron.

Almost instantly, the moment Ron said that, everyone standing next to him backed away, and looked up at the skies, as if expecting something.

But nothing happened.

''Shut up Ron,'' said Harry, afraid something was going to happen.

''Just saying,'' Ron snorted.

''How did he do that?'' Isabella asked, her eyes shifting to Adam, who was carried by the teachers. ''How is he so powerful? ''

''No idea,'' Hermione replied, her eyes thoughtful, trying to think if she had read about something like this before, but nothing came to mind.

''I say how.'' Ron spoke once more. ''Dark arts, black magic. I bet he's involved''

''Oh, shut up, Ron. You just don't like him.'' Hermione said, coming to Adam's defense.

Harry no longer listened to what his friends and sister were saying. He was looking at the craters in the ground, and at Dumbledore, who was now talking to the centaurs and merpeople.

He remembered the conversation he'd had with Adam.

''If you trust me, I can teach you how to be strong, and control your own destiny. Protect those you love.'' Harry murmured, remembering those words.

Now, the sight before your told him with certainty that Adam was the type of person who had what it took to call himself strong.

Harry wanted that too, wanted to be strong.

''Let's go,'' he said, cutting off the still arguing trio.

''Where ? The infirmary?'' Ron asked.

Harry shook his head. ''Occlumency, I'll try even harder, I want that power too, I need it.''

There was determination in his voice.

He knew that if he wanted to be strong, he had to push himself, and show Adam that he wanted to learn.

Hermione, Isabella and Ron, looked at Harry who was going back to the castle, and after looking at each other, they ran to follow.

By this time, most of the students had forgotten about Quidditch practice. And nobody cared about Oliver Wood, who was screaming trying to get team members to practice, as if nothing had happened. Wood was indeed a Quidditch addict.

As the students left the Quidditch pitch. Murmurs and conversation filled the castle.

Everyone who didn't know who caused the event has now found out.

Many doubted what they heard, the true story seemed like the exaggerated lies that Gryffindor told, so when the story was passed around by word of mouth it escalated to an incomprehensible level.

But sure enough, Adam's name spread like the wind, and everyone wanted to know, how he had done it.

Meanwhile, in the infirmary. Madam Pomfrey, scrutinizing Adam with wide eyes.

''That's impossible,'' she muttered.

''What's up Poppy? ''McGonagall asked worriedly. ''it's very serious?''

''Is not it. ''Madame Pomfrey explained, her voice surprised.'' He body is perfect, and his magic is recovering with frightening speed. ''

''What does that mean, he's going to be okay? '' McGonagall asked.

''Being okay? He'll be fine with a night's sleep. I don't need to do anything,'' explained Madam Pomfrey, with disbelief.

McGonagall took a deep breath when she understood.

Even after using a spell like that, something she couldn't recognize. All this young wizard needed was a night's sleep...

Meanwhile, Adam, who fell unconscious, found himself in a peculiar scenario.

''What is this?'' Adam muttered, looking at the scene in front of him. ''What kind of place is this? ''

Adam was in a place that seemed to be made of energy, the floor glowed blue, and it didn't seem to end.

Around this corridor of energy, there were floating images, trapped inside 'bubbles'.

Adam approached a bubble to his right, and as if responding to his presence, the bubble grew, making the image clearer.

''That's me…'' He murmured, recognizing the scene he saw.

In the scene, there was little Adam, sitting in front of a pencil, concentrating on training his magic.

''What is it ?''

Adam approached another bubble, the image this time, with him even younger.

A three-year-old Adam looked into the fireplace expectantly, smiling as a green flame flickered and George emerged.

Adam went to the next bubble, and froze when he saw the scene.

A young woman, as beautiful as words could describe, was complaining to a man because he was throwing your child in the air.

''Mom, Dad…'' He muttered, reaching for the bubble.

When Adam's hand touched the bubble, he felt a connection, the image became even clearer, and some murmurs could be heard, it was the voice of the people speaking in the scene.

Adam felt a strange sensation, it was as if he could almost walk into that scene.

But something seemed to be missing, as if there was a barrier that prevented him from entering, he couldn't take the last step.

''Definitely not memories…'' He muttered, trying to make sense of what this was all about.

Adam could vividly remember his every memory, but it was always his vision.

This time, he could see the scene, like a spectator, and it almost felt like he could step into that scene.

Adam looked down the path, and saw the many bubbles stretching to the horizon. He wanted to try to explore this place more.

With one last look at his parents, he turned and headed in the opposite direction.

No matter how far Adam walked, there was no end to the path, or to the images.

As he walked, he had already gone through many moments of his life.

When he learned his first magic, when he went on the journey, when he arrived at Hogwarts.

Adam stopped his steps, in front of a specific memory.

In the scene, he was talking to Merlin's painting.

Reaching out, he made the small connection to that scene.

'I wish I could talk to Merlin one more time.'

''Did you experience it too? '' Adam muttered. And without waiting for an answer, he prepared to leave.

Then one of those murmurs he heard coming from the voices in the scenes sounded different. And he could hear what one of them said.

It was Merlin's aging voice.

''If you want the answer to that, you must find my Legacy. Or find out for yourself during the journey''

Adam froze, and his hand shook, he looked at Merlin, and he could have sworn the old man looked him in the eyes for a second.

''It can't be, can it? ''

Merlin could see him? And had it answered your question?

''Can you hear me?'' he asked, but Merlin didn't answer and continued talking to the Adam in the image.

Adam could remember meeting Merlin vividly. This was, after all, one of the most important moments in his life, much of what he achieved today was due to the knowledge he acquired that night.

He remembered that conversation clearly.

When Adam asked about phase two of ancient magic, that was the answer Merlin had given.

'To find your legacy, or find out for yourself. '

But now, at this moment, it was as if Merlin had responded to the two Adams...

''I must find out for myself, or find the answer in his legacy...'' Adam muttered.

Taking a deep breath, he tried to calm himself.

Calming himself, he looked at the path that disappeared into the horizon, and muttered a doubt.

''How far do these images go?''

Wanting to find out, Adam grinned and broke into a run, trying to reach the end of the path.

''It's a pity I can't use magic here. '' Lamented. He had tried to use magic before, but he couldn't.

Luckily, he didn't get tired either, even running.

He realized that he was not with his physical body, but a kind of astral body.

That's why he couldn't use magic. And I also didn't feel hungry, early or tired.

Running, he quickly passed through many moments.

Finally coming to the scene where he tried to kill Malfoy.

Adam watched the entire scene, with a strange expression.

He didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

''It was definitely intense, I don't know if that was good or bad.'' He laughed with a shrug, not caring what had already happened.

Walking a little further, he saw another scene. This time he was in bed in the infirmary.

Madam Pomfrey and McGonagall eyed him carefully.

Adam could feel something different coming from this scene. As if there wasn't that barrier that prevented him.

''Is it different because that's where I came from? '' He muttered, frowning, thinking about that idea.

A thought popped into his mind, something that seemed impossible, or should be.

Unwilling to test if he could get in just yet, Adam continued down the path.

But then he sighed in disappointment. All the bubbles ahead had their images blurred.

He ran for an unknown amount of time, but it seemed like hours and hours, and there was no end to the path or the bubbles.

But unfortunately, he couldn't see anything.

''I think it's time to try to go back'' He sighed, making his way back. Stopping in front of the infirmary scene.

Reaching out, he touched the bubble, and created the connection.

Unlike the other times, the connection was much stronger, and if he wanted, he could enter that scene.

''I don't know when I'll be able to come back here, but I sure will…''

Leaving one last look behind him, Adam took another step.

When Adam entered the bubble image, the bubble glowed gold, before shrinking back to its normal size.

Without Adam's presence, that path returned to silence.

But something interesting happened some time later.

A new path emerged, connecting with Adam's bubbles.

The new path was infinitely greater than Adam's.

This new path was very different. The ground was golden, and the bubbles as big as a Troll.

And the path that Adam was on, seemed to be an offshoot of that golden path.

In a place far out of the way. One of the bubbles glowed white and grew even larger.

For a moment, it was possible to see the scene in that bubble.

On the shores of a lake, two people were talking. An old man leaning on a staff, and a young man who also had a staff, but seemed to be doing it for a joke and kept imitating the old man's ways.

The young man said something and ran, while laughing, and dodging the fireballs that the old man threw, also laughing and smoothing his beard.

When the bubble arrived, the young man entered as if it were an ordinary door.

After the young man entered, the bubble glowed before shrinking to its normal size.

''Next time that old man comes to visit, I won't be serving any tea,'' muttered the young man, taking a step forward.

The young man seemed to shorten the space, and with one step he reached the path Adam had been on before.

At that moment, the golden path disappeared. And just the ordinary way, with the bubbles remained. But something had changed too. Now all the bubbles that were previously blurred were now clear and crisp.

Unlike Adam, the unknown young man, he had his physical body in this place. And he walked by it as if he knew it perfectly.

Then he stopped his steps and looked in a specific direction. The direction, was the bubble that Adam had entered not long ago.

The young man frowned and seemed to think for a moment. Then his eyes lit up and he smiled.

''How long has it been?...'' He sighed. His eyes held nostalgia, and happiness.

After looking at the bubble a little longer, he looked away.

''I better hurry, I told her I'd be back before dinner…'' He said taking a step forward.

This time, he appeared in a bubble far off the path.

The bubble glowed and increased in size, the young man did not hesitate and entered.

Before the bubble shrank, it was possible to see a little of the scene it contained.

In the Sky, there was an island...
