Three Questions

Until in the middle of the page, the cell phone interface suddenly appeared with the ringtone of an incoming call.

"Um"

Asahi's first thought is to recover Mai's cell phone.

Upon seeing the name of the new caller, his thoughts just drifted away.

Apparently, it's a broker.

Was the agent her mother? Asahi could clearly understand what happened between mother and daughter. After thinking for a moment, he finally pressed the answer button.

"Mai, listen carefully! I didn't discuss it with you, you have to come back, I heard that you have been messing around all this time, you have been away from the stage for nearly half a year, do you know the seriousness of the consequences?"

A mature woman's voice spoke non-stop, her tone cold and she asked: "Where are you now, I will come to you later."

"Ahem, sorry, I am not the person you are talking about."

Hearing this, Asahi who had been silent until now, finally spoke up.

"Who are you?"

The voice on the other end immediately turned alert and suspicious: "Where is Mai, and why is her cell phone in your hand? What's your relationship?"

Mother Mai asked three times in an instant.

"That's a long story."

Asahi turned the sliding chair: "Not long ago, Sakurajima Mai wore a bunny girl uniform and was hanging in front of me, but now she has been away for a while, and accidentally left her cell phone at my place. I'm sure she'll be back for it soon."

"What did you say!"

The tone on the other end of the phone lifted involuntarily.

On second thought, she never imagined that her daughter would actually fall in love, and how embarrassing it would be to wear a bunny girl uniform!

Mai's mother felt a little dizzy: "Y-You are Mai's boyfriend."

"What do you think?"

Asahi neither acknowledged nor denied, leaving the other side to guess.

Where Mai finds a boyfriend, and Asahi purposely misleads her. Mai's mother took a deep breath, and could no longer hold back her usual composure.

Could it be that she was looking for her in the past six months? She is sure that when she took part in performing arts activities, Mai did not have a boyfriend at all, not even good friends of the opposite sex.

"Humph. No matter who you are or what relationship you have with Mai, ask her to call me back as soon as possible."

After finishing talking, Mai's mother immediately hung up the phone.

She couldn't explain clearly on the phone, the sudden amount of information was too much, and she needed to sort it out.

Asahi plans to chat more with Mai's mother.

"So you are here?"

The lounge door was suddenly pushed open, and Eriri stuck her head out and looked around.

Seeing that there was only Asahi alone in the lounge, Eriri stepped inside and closed the door.

Putting the rice ball she brought on the table, she complained: "It's too hard to find you, taking too much time."

"Is it hard to find?"

Asahi felt that this room was facing the back of the booth, and Eriri could get the answer with just a few questions, so she wouldn't get lost.

Seeing Asahi's suspicious look, Eriri's expression was a bit unnatural, and she changed the subject with a guilty conscience: "What kind of stuffing do you want?"

"Those are plums."

Asahi picked up and bit into a rice ball filled with dried plums, seaweed and sesame seeds.

It tastes good.

"You did it?"

"Of course."

Eriri pretended to be indifferent, but was actually observing his expression the entire time.

It was a pity that Asahi couldn't change his expression, so he commented lightly: "Not bad, but there's still a lot of room for improvement."

Hey, this is too much! She is taking it seriously, and there is still a lot of room for improvement.

"You were very busy over there, hurry up and go back to help your mother after eating."

Asahi ate one rice ball in two or three bites, and took another with an unknown filling.

Eriri, who with an expressionless face, bit the rice ball hard to vent her hatred, probably mistook the rice ball as Asahi to vent her anger.

The atmosphere suddenly became quiet, to break up the strange atmosphere, Asahi said, "How many doujinshi have you sold so far..."

"Almost half."

Eriri swallowed the rice ball in small mouthfuls: "It should be finished before three in the afternoon."

"Not bad."

"Oh."

Eriri couldn't be happier.

Luckily, she didn't tussle with him for too long, and her attention was attracted by Asahi's pink rabbit eared cell phone on the table.

"What's this?"

Pointing at the phone with its bunny ears upside down, Eriri couldn't remember what Asahi's phone looked like.

"Oh, a friend left her cell phone here."

"Female friend?"

"You really guessed it."

"Don't take me for a fool!"

Eriri held the rabbit ear cell phone and kept shaking it and looking at him: "What man would use a phone like this! Are you not normal?"

"There may be similar abnormalities."

Asahi emphasized his statement quite seriously.

Can't men be allowed to have feminine hearts too? This world discriminates against men too much.

Eriri couldn't believe his bullshit.

"I will be fully informing Utaha of this matter."

Eriri stared at Asahi's reaction for a moment, trying not to miss any clues.

"Oh, do as you please."

Asahi's reaction was deadpan, and Eriri completely believed his words. After all, things like cell phones are really only put in other people's places when forgotten or lost.

She wasn't reconciled to the fact that she was being ridiculed now, so she replied stubbornly.

"How long have you been gone today?"

Seeing Asahi had finished his food, opened a bottle of pure water and drunk half of it, Eriri asked what mood she was in.

"Today, around 5 or 6 p.m. Wait until the exhibition is over."

"Oh, then do you have time to…"

Eriri had not finished speaking when the cell phone with bunny ears suddenly rang.

Asahi looked at her curiously.

"You answer the phone first, and I'll ask questions later."

Eriri urged him to answer quickly.

Asahi looked at the foreign phone number displayed on the rabbit ear phone, and clicked to answer.

...

"I hope it works."

In an ordinary residence that wasn't extravagant, a girl in everyday casual clothes took out her cell phone, dialed the all too familiar cell phone number and placed it next to her ear.

After waiting a few seconds, nothing connected. As the girl sighed and was about to hang up the phone, "beep"

Suddenly connected.
