5) Contract

"Give me your wrist, I need the size." She gave me her arm and let me know how tight she wanted it.

"Create Item: High Jewelry Bracelet."

On the table appeared a diamond and ruby studded white gold bracelet with a very large ruby in the center of the bracelet. It looked like 3 chains all interlinked together into a solid bangle. The spaces where the links met there were rubies, and the centerpiece of the bracelet was a ruby the size of a quarter.

I passed this one over to her and once again she was mesmerized by the shine of the object.

"They're so pretty! I am going to change!" she snatched them both and ran off to her room to get changed. I laughed at her "Swiper, No Swiping!" Lyra stuck her tongue out at me as she rounded the corner out of sight.

I went to the last tab on Lyras phone and saw the bag she wanted me to make. This one also went with the silver theme; it was a Birkin bag by Hermes. Specifically it was the Birkin 25 in metallic silver.

I thought about it, then decided to make some ruby accents on this bag as well. I looked through all of the photos of the purse to get a good feel for it. "Create Item: Metallic silver Birkin 25, Ruby Edition"

The glow lasted for longer than it did for the jewelry but when it faded the bag was now sitting on the table. Aside from the metal feet of the bag I changed all of the hardware to ruby. Now the outer twist locking mechanism, the zipper pulls and the key and lock were all made out of ruby.

By normal creation standards, this would be impossible to do. But with this crazy creation ability, nothing was impossible for me.

It didn't take long for Lyra to come back down. This time she had changed her sweater to a silver low cut V to show off the necklace, it also revealed a bit of cleavage which I found annoying. She lost the denim jacket and changed her jeans into a darker non ripped pair. She still had the pink socks on. She had pushed up the sleeves of her sweater to show off the bracelet too.

She looked like some magazine model with her naturally black hair contrasting wonderfully against the silver and white. I couldn't tell her this or she would get an ego so big we would need a second house. "It took you long enough, your bag was getting lonely without you."

When her eyes fell on the purse her steps faltered and her eyes went wide. "You added ruby to this too!?"

"No, I just painted it red. Did all the sparkes short circuit your brain or something?" I played it off slightly annoyed but I was very happy with her reaction on the inside.

"Now I was just shocked that you managed to do such things with your power, I know its not surprising to you but it is insane you realize? You can make and modify anything you want."

"I still haven't come to terms with it but it is really crazy. Now get ready to go, I have scrolls to make for you. Also the guys will be over at some point so can you get the door?"

"Will do."

I looked at the list again and started to create them one at a time.

"Create Item: Lesser Dexterity Boost Skill Scroll. Create Item: Lesser Willpower Boost Skill Scroll.

Create Item: Lesser Intelligence Boost Skill Scroll. Create Item: Lesser Constitution Boost Skill Scroll.

Create Item: Lesser Stamina Boost Skill Scroll. Create Item: Lesser Strength Boost Skill Scroll.

Create Item: Enhance Sensitivity Skill Scroll. Create Item: Status Limiter Skill Scroll.

Create Item: Speed Reading Skill Scroll. Create Item: Single Use Contract Paper.

Create Item: Lesser Static Touch Skill Scroll. Create Item: Fast Memorization Skill Scroll.

Create Item: Lesser Vibration Skill Scroll. Create Item: Lie Detection Skill Scroll.

Create Item: Enhance Senses Skill Scroll. Create Item: Cartier Gold Pen. That should be good enough. Store Item, all items on the table."

I heard a knock on the door as all the items disappeared from the table.

With all of the scrolls in my inventory it made me wonder what the system called the golden box I found the potion in. "View Inventory."

A grid of boxes appeared before me. There were 20 boxes before me in a grid and 18 of them contained objects. Almost all of them were full of paper except for the chest and pen so I had the system filter out the light weight objects, which left me with the one I wanted.

The golden chest was labeled as a peak grade preservation box. "Cool."

I finished pulling out one copy of each of the scrolls that I made as Billy made his way into the kitchen.

"Hey man, how the fuck did Lyra get that jewelry? Like is that real? She looks like a magazine cover just got up and started walking around. Also what the heck is with the paper and that shiny ass bag? Fourth question, how are your fake magic powers?"

I ignored Billy for now and turned to my sister. "Can I borrow the jewelry? I just want to store it so I don't have to make more. Do you want me to do the same to the purse?"

"For sure, it's all stuff you made anyways."

"C'mon guys, don't do me like this."

"Oh shut up Billy. It's not our fault you're slow on the uptake." Lyra was often nice with her words but she can lash out with her tongue like the worst of them.

She took off her jewelry and set them on the table. "These scrolls are for me right?"

"Yeah, just use them the same way as the first one. Store Items, jewelry and purse."

Before Billy's dumbstruck eyes he saw the jewels and purse vanish into nothing only to return back to the table seconds later. As a surprise for my sister I had the pen appear in the purse without her knowing.

Lyra was busy tearing scroll after scroll. They would disappear into a ball of light that would pass into her and disappear. She went through all 14 scrolls and only stopped when there was one piece of paper left.

"That one is a paper for contracts, its single use only but can be used to bind multiple people. How many do you want?"

"I'll just take 2 please." another piece of paper appeared on the table. Lyra put the paper into her shiny new purse and donned her jewelry. "I'm off to school now, am I driving myself?"

"No, Billy will drive you. That is if he wants the powers too. You can answer his questions and he can probably answer yours too. You're good with that too, right Billy?"

We both looked towards him and I pulled out another one of the necklaces for him as an incentive. "Well shit I'll just take this as a bribe and expect something bad ass when I get back."

""You won't be disappointed!"" Lyra and I both answered at the same time and laughed at our enthusiastic response.

"Alright Lyra we got a school to get to and I have some magic to learn. So how do your powers work?"

The two of them walked out of the door and left for school.

Now alone in the house I started pulling out scrolls and putting them in piles for myself and the guys who will be coming later.

They needed system access and speed reading, and afterwards I pulled out four of each of the following. All 6 of the lesser status boosts, lie detection and then a contract paper.

"Create Knowledge: Contract Paper; Rules and Regulations"

A small book appeared in front of me, I took out a fast memorization skill scroll and learned it.

"Create Item: Calligraphy Skill Scroll." I placed it in my inventory and then took it out again and learned it.

"With this I should be ready to create our guild properly in reality." I picked up the contract rule book and started reading it.

It took me 10 minutes to finish the book and another 5 sitting with my eyes closed to go over it again in my mind. "So with contracts any loophole left that could be exploited will be exploited, so everything needs to be perfectly open and closed. I should text Lyra about this then start on our founding contract."

I sent her a quick text then started brainstorming our guild contract.

The guild name must be decided upon unanimously by all 6 of us. Under no condition can any one of us betray each other. Betrayal will be defined as acting purposefully with malicious intent to cause irreparable damage to our physical bodies or to the guild cohesiveness, this can be done willfully or under the influence of anything. In the case of differing opinions on a decision a vote will be taken, the majority wins. The most capable in the party will take the lead, not the strongest. Loot distribution will be based on what will bring the most benefit. Replaced gear will be passed down to those with worse gear. Hierarchy within the guild will be the Guild Master followed by High Elders, then Low Elders, Captains and Normal Members. This will be the organizational structure unless another one is decided unanimously amongst the High Elders and Guild Master.

Due to the appearance of the magical powers now prevalent among members they must not be used to act immorally against anyone. This is limited to R*pe and Murder. This does not mean that we cannot act in retribution. If a threat is mounted against us all members are required to pitch in against the dubbed enemy. Those guilty of the two listed above will be compelled to confess to this and consent to undergo a week of magical torture followed my burning to death. This is non negotiable and unforgivable, lying about these offenses makes one guilty and deserving of the same punishment.

Punishment for thievery is getting kicked out of the guild and consenting to have your flesh scarred for life. Refusal to this will lead to your painless death. Reporting falsely or creating a false impression purposefully will result in 15 lashes at heightened sensitivity and awareness.

Abuse of power within the ranks will also lead to a forced compulsion of admission. Punishment will depend on severity of crime ranging from banishment or the whip, to the death penalty.

By signing you consent to join the guild __________ and abide by its rules.

Upon your signature you shall receive the full support of the guild and their members to the best of their ability.

I revised the contract a few times and burned the copies that weren't the final one and left it on the table. I had just put down the pen when I heard a knock at the door. "Perfect timing." I stood up and walked to the door to let my friends in.
