Plot is interesting but WOW that's some heavy nationalism. Foreigners coming to kill the geniuses, MC hating on Japan. I confess, this is the first novel I've seen that bashes Turkey, so I guess if you want some unique and new nationalism, maybe read this.
I agree at least partly with the others pointing out the racism, though it really is more nationalism than racism (at least so far). My problem is that it feels almost like a speed run of a face slapping novel. The author doesn't pause to explain anything and just skims past important events to get back to half assed face slapping.
this story just makes every decreasing sense as you keep reading I don't know if it's the bad translation or if the raw is badly written but there is so much random stuff just thrown in with no explanation

Absolutely Terrible, the nationalism, stupid people everywhere, no world building, rushed story if you can even call it that, there is no enjoyment when he gets good stuff or opens chests. It’s not worth the read after like 12 chapters.

author need to improve his/her novel story development. After getting frost dragon fighting continuously. Many chapter filled with only fight with out getting tired,hungry,sleeping with no story development.
I loved the read and I would love to have some more of it. Lin Bai isn’t overconfident even as an overpowered being in the novice village but I also like how he makes a fool out of stronger opponents.
great story and I was really enjoying reading it. burned through the 40 chapters way to quick. I am wondering if this is yet another abandoned book that won't get any more updates?
