So he kept an extra Vampire in the closet to use as a host in case Savage ruined his plans. So Dracula then began to spread in the shadows but was wiped out by outside interference by Inferno, Everything then Nothing and then with the return of the Ancaint Titans. So Dracula remained hidden growing greater the Military knew Dracula was still around and kept tabs on him. They went to him to help them bring down Savage once and for all Dracula was hestinat at first however he knew as long as Savage remained his plans were unwise so he needed Savage put down. So Dracula agreed to help eliminate Savage however the Military also sought out help from one other indivual. Ever since she lost Killer in the era of Mega Broly and John the Lone Wolf went into isolation and trained. She was extreamely weak even at her peak that no one considered her any real threat however her only real threat was her Time Manipulation skill. She had been training herself and this skill endlessly in isolation she kept reaching new levels. Her body would come apart and be rebuilt greater then before this happened beyond an infinite amount of times. She was now even greater then Carnage was and she was the last indivual the Military sought out. The Lone Wolf she joined the hunt for Savage however Dracula had a plan all his own he convinced Monster to take on Savage then he took over Monster's body using him as a host thus createing Monster Dracula.
