Just like the ones used for a Spider Goddess when evolveing or rebirth and just like with Black Widow. However for a normal entity this was fatal even Titans would find it fatal the pain the sensation being torn apart completely rebuilt torn apart relentlessly doing in endlessly at the normal level would be intense. However this Ritual took that and makes that the most enjoyable thing. Most Titans fail to last for even a second before it's too extreme and they die from it. Only Spider Goddess's and higher level Spiders could tolerate it. However the power increase alone is enough of a reason to try it as the power increase in all abillity and everything was so massive that people would risk it all to attempt it. However the Ritual was something that was meant to last an entire year.
