He could summon the entire Circus releaseing tens of thousands of Summons each as lethal and dangerous as all the ones that the Jester could summon. The Ring Master also had a hundred thousand Puppets of equal level thus he was on another level entirely. A descendent of the greatest warrior John fought the Ring Master Jackson was his name and he managed to bring down the Summons of the Ring Master only to be finished off by the Ring Master. They had their daughter witness the battle she was enraged and swore revenge. The Ring Master was seen to be too dangerous thus he was contained and everything was reinforced to prevent any chance to escape. The Ring Master evolved into Savage Joker he was the reason that the Prison became completely reinforced and turned into an Asylum. This version of Savage had been forced to come to terms with what he did to all of his lovers while also being left all alone in total containment drove him completely insane. The Vodoo no longer worked due to how insane he had become but they put him in a straight jacket a Muzzle and chained him down with so many chains to each wall it would be impossible to move freely. However these chains were all reinforced and designed just for him to make escape impossible. With all of those chains and all the precautions they had taken they made sure he wasen't going anywhere ever again. The outside world was improved as well becomeing the Prison World. All other places were advanced by the same breakthrough technology that were crafted by Professor Savage then improved by his students and those who came later.
