The remains of Tempest were found by a little girl who came from one of the oldest familes her family were all Dollmakers Puppet Masters and everything else regarding Dolls. She was able to make her first Doll at the age of three it was as powerful as Tempest was due to the skill difrence. All that remained of Tempest was his right eye the six year old girl took that eye and began to work on the rest of Tempest's new body. Her skill was the greatest of all her ancestors so was her talent she spent twelve years building a Puppet Body that was perfect for Tempest's eye. This Puppet Body was made with love and had one final step before it was ready it had to be placed in a specal liquid that enhances the body of a Puppet. Thus after being in that liquid the body of Tempest was ready she placed the right eye into the right eye socket and finished. Soon Tempest looks around the girl says "Hello I am Bella I was the one that built your body what is your name?" The Puppet says "Tempest" She says "Well welcome to life Tempest" Tempest was able to comprehend basic things the mental damage and everything else had still prevented the complete recovery of his mind. Bella says "Tempest do you know who created your original body?" Tempest shakes his head Bella says "Oh ok well they were basicly an amatuer but don't worry your now in the hands on an expert" Bella took Tempest and educated him she did not try to get him to remember his past but to instead start anew.
