Yesterday all the staff of the secretarial department attended Akira’s baby shower, which was arranged by the new girl Rose. She used the black credit card that ‘mysteriously’ appeared in her top drawer, with clear instructions to be used for the baby shower. 


I had to maintain my “Ice King” image and refused the request to have the shower in the board room. The transition from working with Akira to working with Rose was so smooth, it felt as if she had known me for years, longer than I have known Akira.
