Chapter 8: The Rise of the Hashiras

A three year time jump brings about significant changes in the lives of Hiroshi, Kanae and Shinobu. Now 18 years old, Hiroshi had established himself as a formidable warrior and had become the Hashira of Pain. His skill with the sword was such that the oni writhed in pain when struck by it. Kanae, aged 19, had become Hashira da Flor, her delicacy and harmony impressed everyone. Shinobu, aged 18, stood out as the Hashira of the Insect, her agile and cunning techniques were unbeatable.

In those three years, the trio carried out countless missions, facing increasingly dangerous threats. Their courage and skills earned them renown and respect in the warrior world. Their merits accumulated over the course of these missions had finally achieved maximum recognition, allowing them to become Hashiras, the pillars of the organization.

Despite the responsibilities their new positions brought, Hiroshi, Kanae and Shinobu never lost their passion for each other. They had been married at 16, and since then they had cultivated an intense and deep love.

Although their work as Hashiras took a lot out of them, the passion and warmth they shared in their personal lives never let up. They found time to be together, nurturing their love with tender gestures and moments of intimacy. It was in their shared nights, under the brightness of the stars, that they were renewed and celebrated the love that united them.

Like Hashiras, the trio led the other warriors with wisdom and determination. They strategized, trained tirelessly, and guided the group's efforts to protect the populace against the constant threats of the oni.

However, despite the duty that awaited them, they always preserved the love and warmth of their union. Their lives were filled with intimate moments, shared smiles and comforting hugs. They shared an indestructible bond that strengthened them in the face of any adversity.
